Gold Guilloché is the perfect example of aesthetical simplicity and manufacturing complexity.

The dial is made of mother-of-pearl, engraved by hand by the technique called Guillochage, with the initials of the owner's name on 3 o'clock position.

Extreme precision and many years of learning are needed to cut this kind of pattern on a material such as mother-of-pearl. We added the very useful complication "Réserve de marche" (Power reserve) at 6 o'clock, which indicates the amount of energy left in the main-spring. The movement is gold plated and the name of the owner is drilled through the rotor of the automatic movement. The case is of 18 carat gold, specially designed for this project.
